Choose one of two Kaseya RMM products: Kaseya/Datto RMM is built for SMB, while Kaseya VSA is built for more complex environments. Both are available through the Kaseya 365 package. This article focuses on the Kaseya/Datto RMM platform for SMB. 

Endpoint Integrations: Kaseya/Datto RMM can schedule and manage endpoints on-premise and in the cloud.

Features: To my knowledge, Kaseya/Datto RMM is the only RMM to integrate seamlessly with MS365. Admins can restrict, onboard, offboard or limit access to users,  preform instant password resets, manage tickets, configure settings, view Microsoft Tenants, configure settings and more remotely. Kaseya/Datto RMM is highly scalable. 

Kaseya RMM Security: Monthly, Kaseya/Datto RMM is updated with add-ons and new features to secure against newly identified ransomware and viruses. The Ransomware Protection and Detection products help Admins to monitor, prevent, identify, and manage cyberattacks. 

Datto RMM scored 20% in the Building Security In Maturity Model (BSIMM) in its first BSIMM ranking assessment. This performance rating ranked Datto as number 128 in the most secure application developers winning Datto the position as the only vendor its kind to achieve this rating. Datto RMM is rated as the most secure RMM in the channel.   Datto’s  decision to design the RMM product requires MSP credentials and that the data be kept and managed strictly off-site. This strategy thwarted a frequently used hacking method that used credentials to break into the IT environment.
